Judge Grants Diddy Doc Makers' Motion to Dismiss

A New York Supreme Court Judge has dismissed the case filed by Sean 'Diddy' Combs against the makers of "Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy." Judge Perry-Bond: "The Documentary does not reflect 'grossly irresponsible' journalism. Instead, the Documentary demonstrates a carefully curated and nuanced approach which discloses interviewees' biases and includes counterstatements to the allegedly defamatory statements, including from Plaintiff and his attorneys."
