USA v. Combs

On September 12, 2024, Sean "Diddy" Combs was indicted in the Southern District of New York (USA v. Combs, 1:24-cr-00542) on three Federal charges: one count of racketeering conspiracy, one count of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion involving Victim-1 (2009–2018), and one count of transportation to engage in prostitution involving female victims and commercial sex workers.

The government has filed three superseding indictments.

  • S1, filed January 30, 2025, expanded the racketeering conspiracy timeline (2004–2024) and introduced two additional victims (Victim-2, Victim-3) in connection to commercial sex acts.
  • S2, filed March 6, 2025, maintained the same timeline and victim references, adding allegations of forced labor involving Combs business employees including Victim-4, who was coerced into sexual activity with Combs through physical force, psychological harm, financial harm, and reputational threats, and specifying a kidnapping incident involving a firearm.
  • S3, filed April 3, 2025, added one count of sex trafficking involving Victim-2 (2021–2024) and one count of transportation to engage in prostitution involving Victim-2 (2021–2024), while continuing to reference Victim-1 and Victim-3 in the racketeering and prostitution counts.

Combs has pleaded Not Guilty on all Counts.
