Kenny Meiselas

Sean Combs' longtime entertainment attorney (name partner, Grubman Shire Meiselas & Sacks), representing him for 20+ years. The firm dropped Combs as a client in June 2024, reportedly after Lady Gaga (also a firm client) threatened to leave if they did not; the firm also unwound a 2016 gift agreement, disbanded a scholarship program in Combs' name, returned his $1 million contribution, and terminated a 2023 pledge to the Sean Combs Foundation. Named as a co-defendant, alongside Combs and Bad Boy Entertainment, in Kirk Burrowes' 2004 and 2006 lawsuits, in which Burrowes alleges Meiselas joined Combs in the May 1996 incident where Combs allegedly threatened him with a baseball bat to coerce him into surrendering his Bad Boy equity stake. Named by Jonathan Oddi (as "Kenny") in Oddi's May 2018 recorded police interview, alongside attorney Mark Geragos, in connection with Oddi's account of a settlement/payoff -- some secondary press coverage has misattributed this reference to Meiselas' son, Ben Meiselas, rather than Kenny himself.
